To make a falling water surface:

all we need to do is make a material to apply it to a surface.

I learned: use panning, stretched Normal map and Reflection Vector to fake water fall surface.

(The ReflectionVector expression gives you access to the vector representing the direction of the Camera Vector reflected across the normal of the surface the material is applied to.

This can be useful when you want to make changes to a material based on the angle that the surfaces have in relation to the camera.)
